Return Policy

At Urban Vert Garden Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction. This Warranty & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding product defects and returns. Please review our return policy below:

1. Limited One-Year Warranty

We guarantee that all electronic accessories, and nutrient delivery components sold by Urban Vert Garden Ltd will be free from material and performance defects for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase.
During the Warranty Period:

If a defect in materials or performance is identified, we will repair or replace the product at our expense.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Urban Vert Garden Ltd for inspection and service.

A repaired or new replacement unit will be made available within 10 business days of receiving the defective product.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within the above timeframe during the warranty period, a full refund will be issued.

2. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is void if:

  • The product has been misused, modified, or installed incorrectly.
  • The damage is caused by external factors such as acts of nature, negligence, or improper use.
  • The product is used outside the intended environment, such as exceeding temperature or humidity thresholds.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The fees incurred on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
